Small Safe House Provision
We also need to purchase small houses near to an existing ministry hub. These would serve severely traumatised families and individuals who can no longer live near neighbours or family. They need access to regular counselling services, fellowship, spiritual and psychological support. Currently one young imam is on the run, another family has been evicted and even staff families have become homeless. The need for such places increases every month.
Small houses cost around UK£ 40k, USD 52k, EURO 48k
By owning properties our non profit would be able to offer stability to persecuted families who would no longer live in fear of eviction. Landlords can suddenly be put under pressure threatened or bribed to rid a neighbourhood of a Christian family. Persecuted individuals need time for recovery, to find healing, enjoy fellowship and be strengthened by friendships with others who have also suffered.
