The Kausar team is a diverse group of specialists from several nations, called to reach the most unreached.
Having worked together for many years, the team is skilled in cross-cultural communication. They have developed networks of relationships that resource and transform communities.
INNOVATIVE: The team is creative, pioneering innovative means to bring the Word, overcoming barriers to spiritual need amongst the most unreached.
DISCIPLE: They teach, disciple, train indigenous leaders, address abuse in society, minister to the suffering church.
RESPOND: They support refugees and respond to victims of disasters in respectful, compassionate ways.
Kausar name means Fountains of Water. Jesus said that the water He gives becomes a spring of water welling up to the life in God’s New Age. In Jesus, God Himself is the living water.
‘The fountain of living water, Yahweh’. (Jeremiah 17:13 Bible for Everyone)

WHAT WE DO
The team disciples leaders and young people, teaching in their heart languages.
We reach the unreached, the bibleless, the terrified and the needy.
We build Fellowships that connect persecuted believers with each other.
We inform you of the needs of suffering believers.
We call for Prevailing Prayer through the WORTHY Mag.
Our leaders visit those who are fleeing from harm.
We resource young believers and the bibleless.
Pray for our teams and for funding to provide the Word in the Heart Languages of the bibleless.
WHAT IS YOUTH WITH A MISSION ?
YWAM is a movement of like-minded believers. We join forces across the globe. The founders were Loren and Darlene Cunningham. Loren left this world in 2023.

Each individual or family in the movement, from founders to the newest volunteer, is supported by a their own group of friends who pray and give. There are no headquarters or central body directing activities anywhere. Accountability is local, with YWAM charities each having a set of elders committed to serve them to accomplish the purposes of their ministries. These charities connect together through regular consultations and guidance of a global group of elders
Sometimes teams become tentmakers or create businesses to support various ministries. The thing they have in common is a commitment to listen to the Voice of the Lord and do as He leads, adopting the motto ‘To Know God and Make Him known’. Teams live by faith and fellowship with others in the Body who are called to join them. Together, these groups change the world, they ‘disciple nations’.

Our Values
The movement is held together by beliefs, purpose and defined biblical values. You can find these Here
YWAM Kausar

Kausar is part of this global movement. We specialise in reaching the unreached. Our teams are longterm, diverse and living contextually amongst the bibleless and unreached.
We believe that everyone on earth has the right to:
1. Hear and understand the Life and Teaching of Jesus Christ,
2. Have a Bible available in his/her own language,
3. Have a fellowship group nearby so they can meet for fellowship regularly each week and to have biblical teaching and worship with others in the body of Christ,
4. Have a Christian education available for their children,
5. Have the basic necessities of life: food, water, clothing, shelter, and health care,
6. Lead a productive life of fulfillment spiritually, mentally, socially, emotionally, and physically.
