When disaster strikes, YWAM Kausar resources Rapid Response Teams of leaders of integrity on the ground. They immediately who visit the site to evaluate needs. At the same time, we launch an international appeal for funds so the team can respond to the needs on the ground. Our strategies are not decided by committees but informed by the needs of the victims as evaluated by insider volunteers who have met them face to face. We are not involved in largescale top down responses, but our relief comes in the form of small group and face to face encounters. Our only limit is the number of volunteers and the resources we can give to them. Lives are truly Transformed by One Donation at a time.
