YWAM Kausar is reaching out to the bibleless in Pakistan, mobilising workers and supporting unresourced believers.
At least 41% of this, the fifth most populous nation in the world, is effectively bibleless. As they cannot read the Word in their own language, churches use Scriptures written in a second language. In order to thrive, they need training and bible instruction in their heart language.
We invest in training pastors and young leaders to serve an emerging movement of young people who are seeking God. The Spirit is moving in this land!
YWAM Kausar holds a weekly online extension course registered with the University of the Nations. ‘God’s Heart for Punjabis’, is supplemented by in-person gatherings for face to face instruction, worship and fellowship every year. The curriculum is based on the instructions Jesus gave on how to pray. The goal is to understand and be committed to the coming of the Kingdom of God.
Hundreds want to join these annual three-five day sessions, but are unable to afford the cost of travel, accommodation and loss of earnings.
We invite you to sponsor a family to attend these gatherings. All courses are in Western Punjabi and Urdu.
Donate to our Scholarship Fund. Bursaries range from £100 to £350, depending upon travel distance and family size.
